Jezeel Martin serves as Chief Risk Officer of CrimsonTide AI Limited and brings more than eight years of experience as a corporate and commercial attorney in Jamaica. Formerly of the law firm, Myers, Fletcher & Gordon, his background in legal risk management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and commercial transactions in excess of US$3 Billion provides a strong foundation for identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risks in
complex operating environments.
As Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Martin is responsible for overseeing CrimsonTide’s enterprise risk management framework, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and advising on strategic, operational, cybersecurity, data protection and reputational risks. He plays a key role in supporting incident response engagements, including ransomware and cyber extortion matters, by helping to evaluate legal, regulatory, and business risks associated with
negotiations and response strategies.
Mr. Martin works closely with stakeholders to develop practical risk mitigation measures and
ensure that critical decisions are informed by sound legal and risk management principles. He is
recognized for his analytical approach, strategic judgment, and ability to navigate high-pressure
situations involving significant legal, operational, and reputational considerations.
