He serves as Head of Sales and Client Services at Crimsontide AI Limited, responsible for
revenue generation and client delivery across the company’s commercial operations. He leads
enterprise and institutional sales strategy and execution, with direct responsibility for key
account management and deal closure. He oversees sales personnel and manages the affiliate and Power User programmes as structured commercial channels supporting client acquisition and retention.
His background within Crimsontide AI Limited also includes work as a Senior AI Specialist and Data Analyst, supporting commercial decision-making through applied AI, analytics, and performance reporting. He has experience across enterprise sales, product commercialisation,
and operational delivery within technology-driven environments serving institutional clients
across Jamaica and the wider Caribbean. He holds a BSc in Entrepreneurship from the
University of Technology, Jamaica and a Certificate in Compliance and Information Governance from the Jamaica Stock Exchange E Campus, with formal grounding in commercial operations
and data governance principles.
